All orders are shipped from the USA!

Shipping of all orders is via USPS from our US fulfillment locations. We work with UPS, DHL, and FedEx domestic options.

Shipping to PO Boxes

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO Box address.

Handling time

We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday and strive to get all received orders shipped out on these days.

We will contact you if for some reason there are any delays. Orders received after 2 PM Friday EST, will be sent out the next possible shipping day.

Where do we ship from?

Depending on your location and our inventory, we ship your order from the closest US location to you whenever possible.

My shipment is lost?

All USPS mail shipments within the US are considered lost if they have not arrived after 15 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete address information by the customer, are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund.

Please make sure the shipping address you use for your orders is a safe and secure location and that the address is correct before completing the order! We deliver your package to the address you provided to us.

If your package is lost by the carrier, we will replace your package at no cost to you! Packages stolen after delivery are not eligible for a refund and the customer will need to file a claim with USPS.

Can I pick up the products?

At the moment, we don't have the possibility of pick up, but we are looking into having several locations where the purchases can be picked up as well without having to wait for them to be shipped.

How can I track my orders?

You have the possibility to track your purchases after they are shipped if the chosen shipping method provides tracking. When we ship your goodies, we will add the tracking data to your order and you will receive a link to track your order via email.

To track your order, simply sign in to your account and access My Account by clicking your name icon on the top right corner of the screen. From My account, click the Order History link to access your orders.

You will also receive an email update when your order has been shipped, and you can find the tracking code along with a link to track your order.

Privacy and Discreet Billing and Shipping

SEBotanicals respects your privacy, which is why all orders are automatically covered by our Discreet Billing and Shipping Policy. Your order will be shipped in plain packaging with a discreet 'ship from' address. The name on your billing statement will also be discreet and there is no reference to any particular product.

Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order using our contact details if you wish to cancel your order. There is no guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it ships as logistics may have already processed your order. 

Please get in touch with our team within 5 days for a full refund. If you fail to get back to us within this time frame, we will no longer be able to replace your product by default.

If the product is faulty?

We rarely get any complaints from customers, but on the rare occasions when we do, rest assured that we will do everything we can to fix the problem in as timely and fair a manner as possible. 

We feel that your loyalty to our shop is far more important than a single botched order. So, don’t hesitate to call us to discuss any problem you might have.

Mistakes can happen, but if you are simply unhappy or dissatisfied with a product from us; because we so firmly believe in every product we carry, we will accept returns of unused products without complaint.

We accept returns for any merchandise if you are not satisfied, EXCEPT items that have had the safety seals broken.

By Federal law, we cannot accept returns on any item that may be ingested due to health reasons.

RETURNS ARE AT YOUR EXPENSE, but we do not charge any restocking fees; you will receive a credit for the full value of whatever products you return to us in their original condition.

All refunds will only be issued to the card used to purchase the products. The amount refunded is minus original shipping charges as the original shipping fees are non-refundable. In case you wish to exchange the product for something else we will be more than happy to cover the shipping charge completely.

Order must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Breakages or Cosmetic Damages

Please check your shipment and report any breakages or cosmetic damage within 24 hours of receiving your goods for a refund, credit voucher, or replacement. Any breakages or cosmetic damages past this point will be assumed your responsibility. If you notice that your product is damaged please refrain from using any of it, otherwise, we will NOT be able to replace or refund it.

Adding products to an existing order

(Almost) everything is possible, just contact our customer care as soon as possible, and they may be able to add additional products if the shipment hasn’t still been sent out!
